GASTON COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- Security video captured outside the Gaston County Democratic Party headquarters shows someone vandalizing a campaign banner. The crime occurred around 11:45 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at Gaston County Democratic Party's headquarters building located at 1801 E Franklin Blvd in Gastonia. The new headquarters opened to the public in August. In the security footage, you can see a man run and jump onto a plywood-reinforced banner, knocking it down, before running away.
