Sheriff’s Office Adds Canine, Storm, to Patrol Staff! ...Middle East

San Andreas, CA… The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce the newest addition to the patrol division. Deputy Michael Jericoff and Canine Deputy Storm (18 months old German Shepard) recently received certification and the department’s newest canine. To minimize the impact to the general fund, The Calaveras County Canine Unit orchestrated a T-shirts fundraiser in coordination with The Friends of Calaveras Sheriff’s Office (non-profit) to lessen the impact to the Sheriff’s Office budget.
