HARTLAND — Another option for a tasty meal has opened in Hartland: S3 Deli. It’s named after the three main items the deli offers (soups, sandwiches and salads), S3 at 131 E. Capitol Drive. Ylli Berisha, owner of Sweet Dreams in Hartland, partnered with Matt Ballantyne on the venture.
