The much popular Konark dance festival kicked-off at Konark on Tuesday under strict COVID 19 guidelines. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the festival virtually. The opening day saw performances by the Orissa Dance Academy troupe under Aruna Mohanty and a Bharatanatyam performance.
