Bhubaneswar: Heralding a new era in urban transformation, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will today dedicate to the people various urban infrastructure projects under the JAGA Mission, Drink From Tap and MUKTA Schemes. The Chief Minister will launch the distribution of land rights certificates in four Municipal Corporations of Berhampur, Cuttack, Sambalpur and Rourkela today under the Jaga Mission scheme. Land rights certificates will be given to 21,427 families. Apart from this, 626 Biju Adarsh Colonies will be dedicated to the slum dwellers of 69 cities of the state.
