WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Hundreds of people have taken to social media to share their thoughts on a proposal to build a Dave & Buster’s restaurant and arcade in the Mayfaire area in Wilmington. Most of the comments on WECT’s Facebook post about the proposal, submitted to the city’s planning department Thursday, have been from people expressing their excitement about possibly having another entertainment option in the Port City. “I think it would just give another option for families to go have a good time and a good night,” said Wilmington Resident Lindsay Cheshire.
