Real Madrid win 1-2 over Las Palmas

n a thrilling encounter, Real Madrid emerged victorious with a hard-fought 1-2 win over Las Palmas. The match showcased the resilience and determination of both teams, but it was Real Madrid's superior skill and tactical prowess that ultimately secured their victory.

From the outset, it was evident that Las Palmas would not go down without a fight. They displayed commendable teamwork and created several scoring opportunities. However, Real Madrid's defense stood firm, thwarting their opponents' attacks with precision and discipline.

Gran Canaria Stadium, but goals from Vinícius Júnior and substitute Aurélien Tchouaméni earned the points for Madrid, who were without the suspended Jude Bellingham.

It is the second consecutive game Madrid have come from behind to win after last week's 3-2 victory against Almería. It is the sixth time they have done so in the current LaLiga campaign, in addition to three occasions in the Champions League and once in the Spanish Supercopa.

"It's a tool that we have, options on the bench that come on really motivated to contribute," Madrid coach Ancelotti said in a news conference about his team's ability to turn games around.

Las Palmas created some decent opportunities of their own and Sergi Cardona missed the target with a first-time strike in the box.

The Yellows exploded out of the blocks in the second half and came close when Alberto Moleiro's shot was well saved by Andriy Lunin at his near post.

But a few minutes later another counter attack saw Sandro Ramirez set up Javier Munoz to score from close range.

The goal woke Real up and jet-heeled Vinícius Jr. created all kinds of trouble for the Las Palmas defence.

He missed a presentable chance from close range in the 64th minute but made amends a minute later when Eduardo Camavinga chipped a brilliant pass which Vinicíus Jr. took in his stride before netting with a tidy finish to equalise.

Real's pressure was relentless and they scored the winner in the 84th minute when substitute Tchouaméni netted a towering header from a Toni Kroos corner three minutes after coming on.
