PRESS-TELEGRAM GIRLS GOLF DREAM TEAM PLAYER OF THE YEAR Jasmine Koo, Cerritos Jasmine Koo is no stranger to high-pressure situations. The Cerritos high school senior has already had many of them on the golf course while climbing her way to a World Amateur Golf Ranking of 65th. In her senior season of high school golf, she navigated that pressure on the way to winning the 605 League’s individual title, the Southern Section Central regional individual title and coming in second in the Southern Section Championship. She advanced as far as the CIF state semifinal before missing the cut by one stroke. For those reasons, Koo has been selected as the Press-Telegram’s girls golfer of the year. Koo
