Brighton coach Roberto De Zerbi and chairman Tony Bloom have won prizes at the 2023 Golden Boy Awards ceremony in Turin.  De Zerbi received the Pozzo award for the best Italian coach in 2023. He follows in the footsteps of previous winners Carlo Ancelotti (2022) and Antonio Conte (2021).  Under his stewardship, Brighton finished the 2022-23 season in a club-record sixth place in the Premier League.
