Valeria Viola Nye, 91, of Bloomdale, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at her home. She was born May 7, 1932 in Hancock County to the late Edward R. and Ida M. (Coleman) Bentz. She married Edward J. Nye on September 3, 1951 at St. Wendelin Catholic Church and he preceded her in death December 20, 1990. Surviving is a daughter, Lucinda (Robert) Wisner, Findlay; sons, Thomas E. Nye, Bloomdale; Dennis A. (Sandy) Nye, Bloomdale and Terry A. Nye, McClure; grandsons, Thomas E. Nye Jr., Mark James Nye, Matthew A. Nye and James E. Nye; great-grandchildren, Caden and Kendal Nye; and sister, Eileen Baney, Fostoria.
