Notre Dame welcomes in No. 6 Ohio State to South Bend, Indiana, on Saturday for a primetime battle between tradition-rich programs. The series between these two began last season with Buckeyes taking a 21-10 win over the Fighting Irish at Ohio Stadium. Hopefully, this game will feature more points than that. Given the copious amount of offensive talent on both teams, it's hard to imagine it won't.
NC State. Meanwhile, Ohio State is 3-0 but hasn't looked as impressive as most expected. The Buckeyes began their season with a 23-3 win over Indiana and followed it up with comfortable victories against Youngstown State and Western Kentucky.
Ohio State's safety room's rotation consists of Sonny Styles, Malik Hartford, Ja'Had Carter, Proctor, Ransom, but the injury to Martinez could open up more snap count opportunities for Kye Stokes if needed.
Martinez has recorded one tackle in two games this season.
Ohio State being near full strength will bode well for the No. 6 Buckeyes, who are going to face their biggest road test of the season under the lights at Notre Dame Stadium — a much more raucous environment compared to Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana.

On the next play following the OSU defense's stand, TreVeyon Henderson rushed it 61 yards for a score, but a Notre Dame defender slid under Marvin Harrison taking out his legs on the play, and he spent a long time with trainers before being helped into the medical tent.
Harrison has one catch for 7 yards tonight. This would mark the second year that OSU has lost a star receiver during a game against Notre Dame, as Jaxon Smith-Njigba was hurt when the Buckeyes beat the Fighting Irish in the 2022 season opener.
