The West Wooster/Haskins water and sewer improvement project is complete. Open trenches have been temporarily repaired with asphalt until a separate full-width milling and paving project begins on West Wooster from Haskins to Church and Haskins Road from Wooster to Parker. The final paving is expected to begin in the next couple weeks.
