HE the Minister of Labour Dr Ali bin Smaikh al-Marri met on Thursday with the Director-General of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Gilbert F Houngbo in Geneva. During the meeting, the progress made during the four years of continuous technical co-operation program between the ILO and Qatar was reviewed. The progress made during the program so far includes the adoption of new legislation and regulations related to the labour sector, as indicated in the latest ILO report issued earlier this week.
