Chebli, Ziade emerge Qatar National Sprint Open champs ...Qatar

Lebanese driver Mansour Chebli and Qatar’s Nadim Ziade clinched the Qatar National Sprint Open and Production Class 1 titles respectively at the conclusion of the sixth round.  Chebli clinched his fifth victory in six rounds in his Renault Clio, clocking a time of 1:10.059 to wrap up the six-leg series as he topped the Open Class 1 table with 125 points, 28 ahead of his closest Championship rival Ziade.  Ziade finished second, clocking 1:20.66 in Round 5 to take his points tally to 97.
