CAMPING CITATIONS: An officer patrolling in the 300 block of East Perkins Street at 3:23 a.m. Sept. 1 cited two people for illegal camping: a 50-year-old Ukiah woman, and a 50-year-old Napa man. They were both cited and released. RECKLESS DRIVER: Caller at the corner of North State and Standley streets reported at 4:47 p.m. Sept. 1 there was a reckless driver in the area. An officer responded and arrested Carlos Flores, 47, of Ukiah, on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into Mendocino County Jail. SHOPLIFTER: Caller
