Qamishli – Majd al-Salem Ibrahim Muhammad, a 39-year-old resident of the al-Tai neighbourhood, made several phone calls to taxi drivers trying to negotiate the monthly costs of school transportation services they could offer to his three children.  Muhammad wants to send his three children to one of the primary schools that still adopt the Syrian regime’s Ministry of Education curriculum.
