The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population on Friday reported 45 new coronavirus cases, four deaths, and 545 recoveries total. A total of 284,215 cases have been reported in Egypt, alongside 16,518 deaths and 229,712 recovered cases. Egypt’s Supreme Committee for the Management of Coronavirus Crisis decided in June to lift some COVID-19 restrictions, including a nine pm business curfew, that had been in place since early May.
