Sports minister Kiren Rijiju has clearly stated that the country is not going to have a tournament kind of situation immediately. "We have to learn to live with the situation where sporting events will be carried forward without spectators," Rijiju said. The BCCI is aiming at the Oct-Nov window to host the IPL after the tournament was postponed in April.
