Republican Yemen Mine-disposal teams of Masam, the Saudi Project for Mine Clearance in Yemen, managed to removed 2008 mines and explosive devices laid by the Iran-aligned Houthis during the 1st week of July, bringing the total of mines removed by the project since it started its mission in mid-2018 to 259.984. According to the project, about 24 square kilometers have been cleared the past week in different liberated areas in Yemen.
