Republican Yemen Masam, the Saudi Project for Mine Clearance in Yemen, announced on Sunday it managed to clear 2183 mines in the second week of June, adding up to a total of 254918 mines, ordnance, and explosive devices that have been removed since the project started its demining mission in mid-2018. “Our demining teams have dismantled 3369 mines, ordnance, and explosive devices since the beginning of June,” Masam’s operation room said on Twitter.
