Dubai: The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) has issued a set of COVID-19 related guidelines for Emirati passengers who intend to travel for their summer holidays. The travel advisory comes a week before Spain intends to reopen its borders to vaccinated travellers on June 7. The world's second most popular destination after France, Spain registered 83.5 million foreign visitors in 2019, official figures show.
