Dubai-based real estate developer Samana Developer has appointed Prestige Constructions, for its $27 million resort-themed Samana Golf Avenue development in Dubai Studio City. The four-storey project will span over 19,500sqm and feature 233 apartments. Resort-style features include private swimming pools, a leisure deck, health club, a miniature golf course, as well as air filters, energy-efficient appliances, solar panels, and landscaping “to create a healthy lifestyle”.
