Samana breaks ground on Samana Golf Avenue project in Dubai ...United Arab Emirates

Samana Developers has broken ground on its $27.2m wellness-themed residential project at Dubai Studio City. The developer notes that work has already begun on Samana Golf Avenue and is scheduled for completion in December 2022. Contractor Prestige Constructions has been appointed on the project, while AREC Engineering Consultants are the main project architects. According to a statement, the four-storey project is spread over 210,000sqft and has been designed with resort and wellness features. It will house 233 apartments and boasts several amenities including mini golf, indoor and outdoor gymnasiums, a large swimming pool with swim up refreshment area, jacuzzi, children’s play area and pool
