Thomas DwyerEdward Williams On March 13th, Sgt. Junior Fields stopped a black Ford Mustang after observing that the vehicle had an expired temporary license plate. The driver, identified as Mr. Edward Williams, was found to have a revoked license out of Greene County. He was asked to exit the vehicle along with the passenger Mr. Thomas Dwyer.  A search was conducted on the vehicle after the K-9 unit identified on the passenger side of the car. The search revealed a baggy with crystal methamphetamine, a hydrocodone pill, and baclofen pills. A Further search of the vehicle revealed three hypodermic syringes, a cut straw with powder residue, and a black box with additional residue inside
