Adhering to the state government’s ban to congregation of any kind, people in Odisha celebrated Holi 2021 at home. The roads of the capital city wore a deserted look. To ensure strict adherence of the rule, the Commisionerate Police had deployed around 15 platoons of police. There were also 20 PCR vans that took a stroll in the city. Earlier the Special Relief Commissioner had issued an order banning all religious congregation including Holi.
