Le Premier ministre libyen Abdel Hamid Dbeibah et son gouvernement d’union nationale, qui doivent gérer la transition jusqu'aux élections prévues le 24 décembre prochain, ont prêté serment ce lundi 15 mars. Abdel Hamid Dbeibah a été désigné sur fond d’accusation de corruption il y a plus d’un mois, le 5 février, dans le cadre d'un processus politique parrainé par l'ONU pour sortir la Libye d'une décennie de chaos et de violences.
