Govt forces advance west of Taiz ...Yemen

Republican Yemen Government forces launched an offensive on Tuesday against Houthis west of Taiz province, capturing areas under the control of the Iran-backed Houthis, military sources said. The government forces seized large sites east of Taiz, including the villages of Al-Qaeda, Al-Homra, and Al-Madafen, as well as Al-Hobe Mount and Al-Jamal Hill, a military source told Republican Yemen on condition of anonymity because he is not authorized to brief the media.
