Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, on Monday, inaugurated an academic block, a library and a hostel building at RD Women’s University in Bhubaneswar. The infrastructure development along with the renovation will take place at a cost of Rs 18cr. The Chief Minister also addressed the students of the RD Women’s University.
