Vigilance Court, on Wednesday, was granted bail to suspended IFS officer Abhay Kant Pathak and his son Akash. The duo was granted bail by default as the investigating agency failed to file a chargesheet within 60 days of their arrest. The vigilance sleuths had arrested the father-son duo in disproportionate assets case in November last year.
