EB I-70 closed in Elbert County because of crash, CSP said ...Middle East

Eastbound Interstate 70 closed Wednesday afternoon around 3 p.m. at mile post 348 in Elbert County because of a crash, according to the Colorado State Patrol. 

The road is closed from Exit 340 for I-70 Business West and Exit 348 for Cedar Point, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation’s trip planner map. The scene of the crash is about 13 miles west of Limon.

Police told travelers to choose alternate routes. Officials did not know when the road would be open.
