The Suns’ star player has been having a fun start to the offseason since making a trip back to the Midwest. Booker also attended Morgan Wallen’s concert in Madison, Wisconsin, the night before his appearance at the Tigers game.
Booker’s opening strike certainly translated to the Tigers pitching staff, who had a shutout performance behind ace pitcher and Arizona native Tarik Skubal. The pitcher allowed just one hit across seven innings pitched.
Booker met up with Skubal postgame after the 3-0 win, participating in a jersey swap and also gifting Skubal and other Tigers players Nike Book 1 cleats.
