DENVER (KDVR) — The leader of Denver's "Few But Plenty" street gang has been sentenced to 33 years in prison after pleading guilty in March of 2025.

Phillip Baca Sr. pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder and violating the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act. He was indicted in 2022, following the indictment of 10 other alleged FBP gang members, by a Denver Grand Jury.

"Between 2019 and 2022, Few But Plenty (FBP) was responsible for dozens of drive-by shootings that targeted the gang’s rivals in west Denver," stated Denver District Attorney's Office. "In numerous instances, innocent bystanders who had nothing to do with the inter-gang feuds were the victims of this violence."

As FOX31 previously reported, the DA's office said in March that Baca, the leader of FBP gang “not only encouraged the young men of FBP (most of whom were his sons and nephews) to commit these violent crimes, he often expressly ordered them to do so.”
