VLADE Divac has undergone surgery after breaking his hip in a motorbike accident.
The former Los Angeles Lakers star, 57, suffered the injury in Montenegro on Thursday.

The 7ft 1in former NBA center continues to be monitored by doctors.
He is being looked after at a hospital in Montenegrin seaside town Risin.
A spokesperson for the hospital offered a brief update on Divac’s condition.
“During the day, a surgical procedure was performed,” they confirmed.
“He is in a stable general and physical condition and is under a careful supervision of the medical staff.”
Divac was selected by the Lakers with the No26 pick in the 1989 NBA Draft.
The Serbian spent the first seven seasons of his career in Los Angeles, before being traded to the Charlotte Hornets.
Amazingly, Divac was moved in exchange for the draft rights to Kobe Bryant.
After helping the Hornets to the Conference semi-finals in 1998, Divac became a free agent.
He went on to pen a six-year, $62.5 million deal with the Sacramento Kings, where he would become part of a brilliant team.
Having finished No1 in the West in 2002, the Kings were controversially beaten by the Lakers in the Conference Finals.
The Lakers won Game 7 112-106 in overtime, having benefited from several questionable calls in Game 6.
In 2004, Divac returned to the Lakers as a free agent.
Following persistent back issues, he retired the following year.
Divac subsequently began working for the Lakers as a European scout.
While he remained a hero in Sacramento, having his No21 jersey retired in 2009.
In 2015, Divac returned to the Kings, becoming general manager under owner Vivek Ranadive.
He remained in the role for five seasons, with Sacramento failing to make the playoffs in that time.
Notably in 2018, Divac selected Marvin Bagley with the No2 pick over Luka Doncic.
