SAN DIEGO – I am rarely impressed 100% by an organization, but the combo of Tea3 Foundation holding a fundraiser for A New Life Charity Foundation did it. A total win-win!
The luncheon venue was Green Acre, known for farm-to-table fresh meals, with volunteers who were on it and organized. The chosen cause, A New Life, is right up my alley on dog rescue-to-home placement.
The crowd was a solid mix of people with rescue dogs and people who wrote big checks to support rescue dogs. The puppies on hand stole everyone’s hearts, and several dogs went to their new foster or forever homes.
As A New Life co-founder Neil Wachsberger said, “The highlight was seeing the incredible support and commitment to helping those in need.”
Remember when you rescue one, you are rescuing two, as then a space opens for another. More soon, personally, as I join a global council for animals. Excited!
