The 2025 Travelers Championship takes place this week, and there are many top players looking to bounce back.
The US Open at Oakmont turned into a bruising experience for all of the world’s best.
JJ Spaun came out on top of a very tight field to claim the third major of the yearGettyIn the end, it was JJ Spaun who managed his way around one of the toughest courses in the world to claim victory, winning it with a spectacular putt to deny Scotland’s Bob MacIntyre.
He was the only player to finish under par, showing just how tough everyone found Oakmont, and he will be competing here as well.
Meanwhile, Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler will be looking to bounce back after disappointing weekends.
They form part of a top field as the PGA Tour rolls on to another signature event.

McIlroy finished in joint 19th place at the US Open and was seven over parGettyTravelers Championship: Field and tee times
As you would expect for an elevated event, the field is full of top players.
None of those who competed at the US Open have withdrawn, but that could change before the action gets underway.
As it stands, McIlroy, Scheffler, Ludvig Aberg and Shane Lowry will all be there.
And after claiming the first major of his career, Spaun will also be teeing it up.
The full field can be found here while the tee times and groupings will be confirmed on Tuesday.
The purse for the tournament is set at a whopping $20million with the winner taking home $4m.
Travelers Championship: What has been said?
McIlroy has admitted that he needs to refocus after his Masters win.
Since completing the Career Grand Slam by finally winning the green jacket at Augusta in April, the Northern Irishman has struggled.
There were signs he was getting back to his best in the final round of the US Open, scoring 67 to finish inside the top 20.
But apart from that, it was a frustrating weekend for McIlroy.
He said: “As I said, I just need to get myself in the right frame of mind. I probably haven’t been there the last few weeks.
“Getting home and having a couple weeks off before that [The Open], hopefully feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, will get me in the right place again.
“I climbed my Everest in April, and I think after you do something like that, you’ve got to make your way back down, and you’ve got to look for another mountain to climb. An Open at Portrush is certainly one of those.”
