Upon arriving at a D.C.-based establishment, however, she was greeted with hostility. As soon as she and her friend approached the practicing doctor, they were accused of booking an appointment through a “fraudulent” website. The doctor explained that her business was “no longer” on Google and that they shouldn’t have been able to book an appointment with her.
