Jobe Bellingham has pledged to build his own legacy at Borussia Dortmund after following the same path as his brother Jude.
The 19-year-old has completed a move to the Bundesliga giants from Sunderland in a deal worth up to £31million, five years after his older brother joined the club.

In a short clip titled: “The name is Jobe,” the England under-21 international feature can be seen donning the club’s famous yellow shirt at what appears to be their training ground.
This is followed by a montage of Dortmund’s stadium and supporters, as well as the city’s landscape, with Bellingham’s voice playing over the top of it.
He begins by referring to his time spent supporting his older brother during his spell with the German giants between 2020 and 2023.
The midfielder narrates: “I’ve been here before. Watching games, hearing the fans chant, feeling the power of these colours.
“This place has stuck with me.
“Now I’m here again – not to watch, and not to follow anyone’s footsteps.
“The same stadium. The same city. But the story – that’s ours to write now.”
The younger Bellingham brother joins Dortmund off the back of an impressive season with Sunderland, which saw him register four goals and three assists in 43 games, as well as winning the Championship Young Player of the Year award.
His exploits helped the Black Cats earn promotion back to the Premier League with victory over Sheffield United in the play-off final at Wembley.

Before making his league bow however, the England Under-21 international will debut for the German giants at the Club World Cup, which kicks off on June 14.
And he may get his first chance to set himself apart from his elder sibling and write his own story at the club at the FIFA showpiece event.
Dortmund will face Brazil’s Fluminense, Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa and South Korean club Ulsan HD.
Should Niko Kovac’s team and Jude’s side Real Madrid both top their respective groups and win their respective last-16 match-ups, then the Bellingham brothers could meet in a mouth-watering quarter-final clash.
It’s fair to say Jobe has a lot to live up to after Jude’s hugely successful three years in black and yellow.

This drew the attention of Real Madrid, who swooped to sign the 21-year-old for an initial £88.5m in 2023, where he went on to win both the Champions League and LaLiga in his first season.
Jobe will be targeting a similar impact in Germany, with his career trajectory so far bearing more than a striking resemblance to Jude’s.
Like his brother, he started out at Birmingham, making his debut as a 16-year-old before going on to make 26 first team appearances at St Andrews.
The teenager was then snapped up by Sunderland in 2022, where he made an instant impact in his debut season, scoring seven goals in 47 games in all competitions.
