KYLIE Jenner has gone under-the-knife to get her nose done, chin and jaw remodeled, and fat transfers in addition to her boob job, experts predict to The U.S. Sun.
Fresh off the heels of admitting to getting breast implants and revealing details of her makeover, fans have begged the Kylie Cosmetics founder to spill more of her plastic surgery secrets.

While Kylie, 27, has now revealed that she’s gotten a breast augmentation as well as filler to her lips for years, there appear to be other procedures she may have had done that she has not yet been open about.
Speaking exclusively to The U.S. Sun, RealSelf verified plastic surgeon Dr. Vivek Bansal, MD, said: “While only Kylie can confirm specifics, her evolving facial structure suggests she may have had dermal fillers, lip enhancement, possible rhinoplasty, and non-surgical contouring.
“Her body changes may also reflect fat transfer procedures or body sculpting, which are common among celebrities.”
Fellow RealSelf Plastic Surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides, MD, added: “Kylie is a very attractive lady, it’s my impression that in addition to the Breast Augmentation that she might have had a Rhinoplasty to refine the nose to reduce the appearance of the tip.
“It’s possible that she’s also had fillers to her lips and possibly the zygomatic prominence.
“As well as chin and jaw remodeling either surgically or with dermal fillers to give her a more V-shaped appearance.”

Kylie nearly broke the internet this week and was applauded for being a “girl’s girl” when she finally revealed the details of her speculated plastic surgery procedure.

In a shock to many, Kylie saw and commented on the video, writing: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”
According to Dr. Bansal, a 445 cc implant “generally equates to roughly a 1.5 to 2-cup size increase.”
The size change is dependent on the patient’s body frame and existing breast tissue.
“For someone of Kylie’s more petite build, this would have likely taken her from an A or small B cup to a full C or D,” the respected surgeon said.
While Dr. Alexandrides predicts, based on Kylie’s look, that she is a solid DD cup size.
Dr. Bansal also revealed the benefits of the procedure Kylie chose, explaining: “A dual-plane, or ‘half under the muscle’ placement, allows the upper portion of the implant to be covered by muscle for a more natural slope.
“While the lower half sits under breast tissue to enhance projection.
“This technique reduces the risk of visible rippling and offers a more natural appearance, especially in thinner patients.”

However, breast implants are not lifetime devices, Dr. Bansal warns, and she may need to have future procedures to maintain her health.
“Most require replacement or revision within 10–15 years, sometimes sooner if complications arise.
“Even if the implants are intact, aesthetic preferences change, and women often seek updates for size, shape, or symmetry,especially after major life changes like pregnancy,” the highly renowned surgeon said.
After the TikTok exchange took the internet by storm, fans praised the star for finally being honest about her body-enhancing procedures.
However, others criticized her for not being open about her procedures during all these years of selling clothes and beauty products to young people.
