The 64-year-old heavy metal frontman was set to perform alongside Ratt singer Stephen Pearcy on June 14 at the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino in Canada but the venue recently shared the Neil had taken a step back.
While Neil will no longer be performing, he will be replaced by former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach — although ticket holders will receive a refund if they no longer wish to attend.

While Neil has not yet issued a statement and there are no further details about the cancelation, it's not the first time that the singer has had to bow out of a concert recently.
"To all the Crüeheads who were looking forward to seeing us this spring, I'm truly sorry," Neil shared. "My health is my top priority so I can bring you the awesome shows you deserve, and I can't wait to return to the stage."
Neil has yet to expand on the status of his health — although he appeared to be in good spirits while spending time with two mystery women in Nashville in May.
