The gut healthy prebiotic soda just revealed that they're giving one of their least popular flavors a major overhaul, from its packaging to its taste...and fans of the brand couldn't be more excited.
"we heard you loud and clear ?️?️?️ you wanted us to level up our Root Beer, so that’s exactly what we did ??," the company wrote on their Instagram.
The company first announced the drink back in 2021 alongside their Classic Cola and Doc Pop flavors, but since then, it's been an unpopular choice for most customers. In fact, it's been the subject of negative posts on social media for so long that the brand recently poked fun at the some of the meanest comments.
One social media post even compared the design of the old Root Beer can to a "Madagascar hissing cockroach."
"Props to y'all for taking feedback and nailing the new iteration ? So many brands can learn from you!" one commenter wrote. Another added, "The old root beer was not it, but this is ??"
The refreshed formulation is available now on Poppi's website and is currently rolling out to stores across the country.
