Josh Allen’s ex-girlfriend, Brittany Williams, shared her first Instagram post after the Buffalo Bills quarterback wed Hailee Steinfeld over the weekend.
“I like this little life ,” Williams captioned a Monday, June 2, Instagram post sharing a series of images of herself in the streets of New York City wearing a strapless maroon mini dress.
In the snaps, Williams — also clad in sunglasses and a small handbag — posed with New York-style pizza and to-go coffee.
Allen, 29, dated Williams, his childhood sweetheart, for several years from 2015 to 2023 before they called it quits. Allen then began dating Steinfeld, 28, in May 2023 and proposed to the Oscar-nominated actress in November 2024.

In December 2024, Allen revealed in Steinfeld’s “Beau Society” newsletter that he was “nervous” about her discovering his proposal plans.
“It was hard to keep secrets from you and have other people in your life keep secrets from you,” he said. “Then, multiple times throughout the day a song would come on and I would tear up thinking about how special our day was going to be.”

Allen noted that Steinfeld was “extremely surprised” and said yes, which was “all that mattered” to him, adding, “It feels unbelievable to be engaged to someone who is so special and loving and caring and gorgeous and fun and happy.”
The couple were photographed tying the knot in California on Saturday, May 31, after being spotted the day earlier at a rehearsal ceremony, according to People. Steinfeld wore a white strapless gown, with opera gloves and a long white veil.
A few months before the nuptials, Allen gave a shout-out to Steinfeld at the 2025 NFL Honors in February. When he won MVP during the ceremony, he praised his now-wife in his acceptance speech, calling her his “rock” and “best friend.”

Before dating Steinfeld, Allen first met Williams when they were kids in Fresno, California. They recalled being around 8 when they attended Allen’s brother’s birthday party, however, their first date came almost a decade later when Williams asked Allen to be her date to her school’s Sadie Hawkins dance.
“I asked him to come to Sadie’s at my school, which is the big school to him and he was nervous,” Williams explained during a September 2022 episode of Kelly Stafford’s “The Morning After” podcast, per the New York Post. “And my friends were crazy, we were taking a party bus… [Allen] had never been on a party bus and was just so overwhelmed with everything. And the boys at my school were mean to him.”

She continued: “After that, honest to God, I don’t think we talked for a year after that night … He was just so shy, and I wasn’t at the time. He ghosted me for like a year, but at the same time, I was like ‘OK, I get it, things are just not in our timing right now.’ I knew it wasn’t meant to be at the time, but I always knew in the back of my head it’s not over.”
The couple reconnected as college freshmen and dated until their 2023 split.
