Mateusz Gamrot called out Paddy Pimblett after his victory at UFC Vegas 107 on Saturday night.
The No. 7 ranked UFC lightweight dubbed Pimblett ‘the idiot from Europe’ when naming opponents he would like to fight next.

The Pole boasts an impressive 25-3 professional record in the sport and has wins over top lightweights like Arman Tsarukyan and Rafael Fiziev.
Before Maycee Barber failed to make her walkout for the main event, ‘Gamer’ earned a comfortable unanimous decision win over Ludovit Klein at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
He told Daniel Cormier after the fight what he wants next.
“Everybody, bro, everybody,” Gamrot said. “Give me the list. I want to fight with everybody…
“Paddy [Pimblett] is the idiot from Europe, I want to fight with him.
“But like you said, if Benoit Saint-Denis want the smoke? [That’s] another easy fight.
“Paris, main event, five rounds, give me this guy [Saint-Denis].”
Gamrot’s resume in MMA is top class, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see him in there with someone like Pimblett next.
However, it seems very likely at this stage that Pimblett’s next fight will come against No. 3 ranked UFC lightweight Justin Gaethje.

In an interview with MMA Fighting, Gamrot reviewed Pimblett’s performance saying Chandler was ‘so easy’ for the Liverpudlian.
“This was a good performance,” he said. “But always you have put good performance when the [fighter in] front of you is [going] backward, the guy who is doing nothing.
“The peak Chandler was like five years, seven years ago. But right now, the guy was so easy for him.
“I think that Chandler is so easy for everybody now in the lightweight division. So I am not surprised that he looked like that.”
Pimblett also called out Charles Oliveira and Dustin Poirier after his victory over Chandler, but those two now have fights booked.

And Poirier will bow out of the sport once and for all when he faces Max Holloway at UFC 318 on July.
Gamrot is likely to stay put in the lightweight rankings for now, as he suffered a defeat in his last fight to Dan Hooker, who resides in sixth spot.
A fight would also make sense with Tsarukyan next, given the Armenian is currently in UFC’s bad books and in need of a lower-ranked opponent before he receives another title shot.
Gamrot dominated the majority of his fight with Klein, controlling his Slovakian opponent on the ground in comfortable positions.
Klein never really looked like winning the fight and Gamrot attempted to get the finish in the last round but couldn’t get it done.
Nonetheless, Gamrot cruised to a decision win as all three judges scored the fight 30-27 in his favour.
