But reports suggested he could leave this summer for NBC after appearing in an Olympic special last year.
Hanson has now broken his silence after fans begged him to stay on social media.
And the veteran broadcaster has confirmed he will be in the RedZone hotseat for 2025.
“100 days from now=NFL RedZone,” Hanson wrote on X.
“For those wondering: Yes, I *will* be there.
“We have A LOT of Touchdowns to watch together!”
RedZone sees Hanson guide viewers through every big play of live games across the NFL.
The chaotic scene occasionally sees numerous matches being shown on screen at once.
And Hanson is a fan favorite due to his seamless delivery over nearly seven straight hours.
“Yes let’s go voice of god,” replied one fan to Hanson’s post.
“The NFL season doesn’t officially begin until we’re blessed with an OctoBox,” joked a second.
RedZone had famously been marketed as “seven hours of commercial free football.”
But the NFL Network began trialing ads during breaks in the action last season.
