AN airline passenger broke down online after her experience going through TSA screening.
The 21-year-old traveler recalled how “rude” airport security staff made her feel “humiliated” and even left her in tears.

She explained how the TSA employees at Austin International Airport allegedly yelled at her over a baggage mix-up, leaving her feeling mortified.
The TikToker was boarding a flight to London on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend when the “embarrassing” interaction occurred.
Jos recalled how she mistakenly checked in the wrong bag before proceeding to security screening.
She informed a female TSA agent about the issue and claimed the staff member took her through the check-in line to switch the bags out.
According to Jos, the employee told her to come through the priority line to check-in once she was done with her bags.
However, when she returned to this line after checking the correct luggage, the TikToker claimed a different male TSA agent yelled at her for being on the wrong line.
She attempted to explain that the other agent had directed her to the priority line, even pointing out the woman.
But this was when things went from bad to worse as the original agent failed to back her up, saying she told her to go through the regular line.
Jos claimed that the other employees, who were all male, started “making fun” of her after this interaction.
“I just got quiet because that is so embarrassing,” she explained in the clip.
The ordeal didn’t end there according to Jos, as when she was putting her stuff in the bin for screening, a bunch of the male TSA employees “all start yelling” at her to push it on through herself.
She said she noticed the original female employee “laughing” at her expense.
Once Jos pushed the bin through, she said the agents condescendingly said to her: “Now you can have a fun trip.”
“Like, why are y’all being rude? I’m just a sensitive person, but that was so mean,” she said.
TSA's 3-1-1 rule
The Transportation Security Administration regulates the amount of liquids, aerosols, and gels that flyers can bring through airport security with the 3-1-1 liquids rule.
The 3-1-1 rule consists of the following:
Each container of liquid has to be 3.4 ounces or less.
All liquids have to fit in one clear, quart-sized, resealable bag.
Finally, passengers can only bring one bag of liquids each.
“I felt so embarrassed. I felt so stupid. I literally felt humiliated.”
Her clip garnered over 2.5 million views and nearly 400,000 likes since being posted.
Many viewers shared their support for the influencer in the comments section.
“Most airport staff are rude because we’re going where they aren’t,” wrote one follower.
“You’re definitely not being dramatic, people can be so rude for no reason,” said another person.
“They were literally bullying you, I’m so sorry, you didn’t deserve that,” commented a third TikTok user.
