During the Promotion Period Each participant can submit a maximum of:a. 16 (sixteen) paid text entries (and add the potential 3 for two offer freeentries);b. 1 Boost Offer described below which allows the participant to pay for 5additional entries; andc. 60 (sixty) postal entries.Bulk or automatically generated entries are void. Misspelt entries may be accepted, at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter’sdecision is final. The Promoter is not responsible for any defective entries or errors within entries(i.e. which may occur through a mobile phone network error or handset error). The Promoter reserves the right to remove or temporarily suspend any entriessubmitted from the Promotion if it reasonably suspects any breach of these Termsand Conditions or if it receives any complaint from any third party relating to suchentry. Winnerand guest will be sharing a twin or double room on a room only basis. Prizeincludes return economy flights from London to New York. Exact flight date/timewill be selected at prize provider’s discretion. Prize excludes all airport transfers.Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel on same itinerary. All parts of prizemust be used in conjunction with same booking. The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Winner has no right torequest or receive an alternative to the Prize, and the Prize cannot be redeemed forcash or its monetary value, in whole or in part. Notwithstanding paragraph 19 above, in the event that, for any reason beyond thePromoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter is unable to award the Prize as describedin these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of asimilar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of thePrize.
