The England men’s cricket team playing in test matches is always the absolute highlight of any cricketing season.
This year is no exception as India will be touring England for a five-test series, in what is all set to be a tasty contest between two of the world’s best teams.

Where to buy tickets for the England v India test series?
England v India First Test at Headingley, 20 – 24 June 2025
The first test of the series takes place at Headingley Stadium in Leeds, the home of the county side Yorkshire.
Yorkshire’s ticketing site has limited availability for days one to four, with day five having more availability should the match reach that stage.
You can still buy tickets from Yorkshire CCC directly, but if you can’t find the tickets you want due to limited availability, some resale ticketing sites have more options.

A couple of weekends after the first test, the teams will be heading to Birmingham for the Edgbaston test.
Since 2000, India has played three tests at Edgbaston and been beaten every time, so the omens are good for a home victory here.
As with the previous test, the remaining tickets are limited on the official Edgbaston site, with more or less none for days one to three and some options for days four and five.

The traditional Lord’s test match is perhaps the most eagerly-awaited of the series, as the Lord’s Cricket Ground is the world’s oldest international cricket ground (and often referred to as “the Home of Cricket”).
With demand extremely high, days one to three of this test are already sold out through the official ticketing site, with limited tickets available for day four starting at £160.
Tickets for day five will be released depending on whether the match reaches a fifth day.

The last time India played a test match at Old Trafford was way back in 2014, and it ended in a resounding innings victory for an England team captained by Alastair Cook.
Home fans at the Manchester ground will be hoping for a similar outcome this time around.

England’s final test of the summer takes place at The Oval in August, so it’s the last chance to see a test match in England until 2026.
The series could well be hanging in the balance at this stage, with the potential for an exciting climax between two top teams.
