(KRON) -- Authorities are looking for a man who allegedly assaulted and abducted a woman Wednesday morning in Calistoga, the Calistoga Police Department (CPD) announced. Around 11:50 a.m., the suspect struck a woman in the stomach on the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.
The man forced the woman to get into a 2014 maroon Honda Accord with California license plate 7JBZ430, according to CPD. The victim yelled for help and for someone to call the police.
The suspect is described as a white man around 40 years old with shoulder-length gray hair and standing about 5-foot-8 (pictured below). CPD said he registered under the name "Thomas Phillips" at a hotel in Colusa County.
The victim is described as a "heavyset" white woman, also around 40 years old, CPD said. She has dark hair and was last seen wearing a purple sweatshirt and black leggings.
As of Wednesday evening, the suspect remains at large, and the woman is still missing.

It was last tracked by license plate readers to be on Highway 20 near Williams in Colusa County.
The registered owner of the Hondo is from Chico but is not believed to be the suspect, CPD said.
Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact CPD at 707-942-2810. "If you see the vehicle, please immediately notify law enforcement and do not approach the vehicle," Calistoga police wrote.
