In a set of photos obtained by TMZ, the Bravo star, 61, who rose to stardom on The Real Housewives of New York City, is seen on a stretcher that's being loaded into an ambulance outside of Echo restaurant in Palm Beach, Florida, on May 15.
In the photos, Morgan can be seen sitting up and chatting with her beige purse in her lap as she's moved by paramedics into the ambulance.
After the photos made headlines, Morgan spoke out about what happened at the restaurant, stating that she became injured after a fellow diner was in distress.

Captain William Rothrock of the Palm Beach Police Department told People that his team responded to a call for medical service at the scene and treated a patient. While there, they “issued a written trespass warning to Sonja Morgan at the request of the Breakers Hotel (owner of Echo)." As to why she was written a trespass warning, Morgan told People that it was because she "didn’t want to leave. I insisted on making sure she was cared for."
Despite the dispute, Morgan concluded her statement by noting that she's "incredibly grateful to the first responders for their swift care and professionalism.”
