Strappy heels and wedges are summer staples for a reason. But even non-designer heels can be expensive nowadays, so Aldi’s upcoming drop is a godsend if you’ve been looking for new dress shoes to add to your warm-weather wardrobe. Their latest footwear are not only affordable, but look nearly identical to Dolce Vita and DSW styles that cost seven times more. From May 14 to May 20, Aldi will be selling Serra Fashion Heels and Wedges for $9.99 in the Aldi Finds aisles of local U.S. stores. These shoes come in two different styles—heels and wedges—and three colors. The heels have a D-shaped block heel that’s not too tall, along with a D-shaped front. Serra Fashion Heel or Wedge, $9.99 at Aldi
Both straps are made of a thick braid, with one near the toes and one around the front of the ankle. While Aldi’s site doesn’t say what it’s made out of, the straps and heel have a faux leather look that has a sheen but isn’t “glossy.” These fashion heels come in nude and black.

The wedge part of the shoe is a light brown color with horizontal lines that look almost like wood or a typical wedge material. They’re a strappy wedge, with gold straps that fasten with a buckle around the ankle. Then, five thin straps go over the toe area and knot in the middle, so they’re still “one” strap. Dolce Vita Paily Braided Sandal, $49.97 (originally $125) at Nordstrom Rack
Aldi’s Serra Fashion Heels look nearly identical to a Dolce Vita style sold at Nordstrom Rack: the Paily Braided Sandal. These currently cost $49.97 but were originally $125. They have the same design concept as the black and nude Aldi heels. They have a D-shaped block heel and two braided straps around the toes and ankle. We do know the height of these—3.25 inches—and that they’re made of synthetic material. The front has a square toe but otherwise, they’re basically the same shoe.
