They hosted Borussia Monchengladbach in their final home game of the season on Saturday evening in front of a celebratory crowd.
Kane scored the opening goal after heading home Michael Olise’s cross-shot, before the ex-Crystal Palace star got himself onto the score sheet in the 90th minute of their 2-0 victory.
After the full-time whistle had been blown, Bayern returned to the pitch and embraced their success by lifting the Meisterschale trophy.
Among those to get their hands on the Bundesliga silverware was a visibly delighted Kane.
He then went to speak to a reporter before being drenched in beer as the celebrations got full underway in Munich.
“It feels amazing, to be honest,” he said after. “Obviously it’s been a long, a lot of hard work throughout the season, just proud, proud of the boys.
“My family are here, my kids are here, it’s just a great feeling and I’m looking forward to enjoying the next week.”
When asked about the beer showers, he smiled and replied: “It’s cold! But I’ll take it, I don’t mind.”
With one match left to play this season, Kane has netted 25 goals in the German top flight across 30 appearances.

Furthermore, the 2024/25 season is the sixth in which the the 31-year-old has netted at least 25 league goals.
He’s done so in back-to-back campaigns with Bayern, whilst the other four came during his legendary spell at Tottenham Hotspur.
A second consecutive Bundesliga Golden Boot is set to follow as Kane leads second-placed Patrik Schick and Serhou Guirassy by six goals.
Saturday’s match also allowed Bayern to celebrate the career of one of their all-time greatest players in Thomas Muller.
The 35-year-old is leaving at the end of the season and started in his 750th ever appearance for the club.

Bayern travel to Hoffenheim next weekend for the final weekend of 2024/25 Bundesliga campaign.
It will give Kane one final opportunity to extend his season goal tally even further during a successful second year in Germany.
Next season may be his last with Bayern as he is believed to have a release clause that drops to £54million for an English team in January.
Kane’s current deal runs until 2027, but talkSPORT’s chief football correspondent believes he could depart the Allianz Arena earlier.
“I think he’ll do one more year,” he said on Monday.
“I wrote about this in the notebook last week, he’ll do one more year, try and retain the title, try and have another crack at the Champions League.
“And then I think, probably, he’ll set his sights on a return to the Premier League and breaking Shearer’s goalscoring record.”
